Early Education Roundtable 2018 

Join other Early Education Directors who share the same challenges and needs as you at this SBACS sponsored roundtable.

This year's roundtable is sure to fulfill at least three needs of every preschool leader:
1.  In-depth discussion of successful and best practices used in other schools.
2.  A network of brothers and sisters to call upon for counsel and ideas.
3.  Fellowship, encouragement and prayer.

What's Included:
Dinner and Entertainment Thursday evening
Lunch Friday afternoon


  • Hiring Quality Staff/Staff Retention/Separation from Service (Firing a staff member)
  • Policies on “Bullying”, “Biting”, “Social Media”, “Hiring”, “Admissions/Students with Special Needs” 
  • Enrollment/Tuition Rates/Marketing
  • Developing a Schoolwide Curriculum Map/Goals and Objectives for Program/ESO
  • Effective Staff Evaluations/Compensation
  • Relationship with sponsoring church/Sunday & Wed ministries (Sharing space & resources)
  • Developing an Effective Weekday Board/Committee
  • Children with Challenging Behaviors/Trauma/Stress
  • Developing Expected Student Outcomes and including them in daily Lesson Plans
  • Concerns for children who are lacking physical development.

  • Training and Professional Development in the area of Special Needs/Assessing students who need professional evaluations from an outside source/making accommodations in the lesson plan.

Early Bird Registration Fee until April 13, 2018:

SBACS Members - $199

Non-Members - $249

Bring your spouse for only an additional $100 (meals, snacks and entertainment)

After April 13, all registration fees increase by $50

Refund Information

In the event that you are unable to attend the Roundtable after completing your registration, refunds are available as follows:

Full Refund - before March 30
$150 - between April 1 and April 13
$50 - after April 13
