Arlington Green Home and Garden Tour

This tour takes place rain or shine!

Come on this tour to get inspiration and ideas to go green at home!  The 16th annual tour will include a mixture of new green homes, green renovations, and watershed-friendly gardens. See homes and gardens featuring energy efficient technologies, solar power, water saving technologies, native plants, rain gardens, and rain barrels, wildlife habitat, and more!

Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Gardener volunteers will be on hand at the in-person registration site (in front of Walter Reed Community Center, 2909 16th St. S.) to share information on sustainable landscape management practices and answer questions about native plants, storm water management, and soil nutrient management.

Tickets are $5 per person. All proceeds benefit local conservation activities.

Registration options:

  • Online registration is now closed!
  • Register onsite on June 3 at Walter Reed Community Center from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This tour is sponsored by EcoAction Arlington, the Arlington County Department of Environmental Services (Arlington Initiative to Rethink Energy and the Green Home Choice Program), and the Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners.
