Registration Fees

$150 - Early Bird Rate (until April 6, 2018)
$175 - Regular Rate (after April 6, 2018)

Hotel Reservations

aRoom reservations for this event must be made by individual attendees.

The room rate for Thursday evening is $109* for reservations made by Friday, April 6. (After that date, rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.)

*The $109 rate above:

Is for Single/Double occupancy.
A charge of $10 per person will be added for each additional adult.
Does not include state and local taxes.
Does not include access to “The Springs” waterpark.

Special rates for Suites are also available. Call for pricing.

Advance deposit of one night stay is required when making a room reservation. Cancellations received 48 hours prior to your arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. There is no refund given if cancellation is received within 48 hours of arrival!

Wait…what?!?! Where is the EDI track? I don’t see any EDI sessions listed in the brochure!

Correct. The HIPAA COW EDI Networking group co-chairs and EDI conference planning committee members decided to hold off on having any EDI-specific sessions at the Spring 2018 conference. They felt it was a good time to take a break and allow those who might normally attend the EDI sessions the opportunity to attend some of the great Security and Privacy sessions that are on deck for the Spring conference.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits

We have applied for Wisconsin CLE credits. Once available, we will update here with the number of approved credits.
