Build Your Strategy Muscle for
Leadership Excellence

A Mini-Bootcamp to Enhance Strategic Thinking

Strategy is perhaps the most under-utilized and poorly defined skill in the leadership toolbox. And yet, knowing how to think strategically – when needed – is essential for your effectiveness as a leader and your ability to lead your organization to success. How is your strategic thinking fitness?

In this interactive workshop, join other LT alums to explore the dimensions of strategy and what it really is, far from the ho-hum definitions you’ve learned before. Through stories and examples, discover how strategic thinking can enliven your plans, inspire your people, and energize your organization. Then learn key concepts and practice methods for thinking strategically in situations ranging from everyday problem-solving to crisis response.

How You Will Benefit

  • Recognize when strategic thinking is needed (or not)
  • Learn how to shift quickly to strategic thinking
  • Develop more creative, impactful solutions instead of reactive fixes to problems

 What You Will Cover

  • Best definitions of strategic thinking, with memorable examples
  • A model for thinking strategically
  • Practice in two powerful methods for strategic thinking in your work
