Join Chef Kyle Stamp of Trio Restaurant in the Newport Cooks Kitchen for a lively evening of demonstration and hands-on cooking & learning. Menu: 1st course- Handmade stracciatella (fresh mozzarella in cream), 2nd course- Pan Seared Cod with Lemon Risotto and Beurre Blanc and 3rd course- Pot de creme. Chef Kyle’s menu at Trio highlights simply prepared seafood dishes, innovative takes on classic New England fare and seasonal comfort food. In this class we’ll eat everything prepared and taste wine to compliment the menu.
