In this 3-hour hands-on class you’ll learn to make 3 flavor-packed Thai curry pastes as well as taste each one used in a delicious recipe suitable for everyday dining or a company dazzler. Each student will go home with a sample of each curry paste, enough to liven up a number of meals! If you’ve taken a curry paste workshop with Chef Deja in the past, come to make more! Curry Paste Menu: Sour Orange Curry Paste, Chiang Mai Curry Paste & Jungle Curry Paste. From these homemade pastes we'll make: Sour Orange Curry with Mussels & White Fish. One of the most popular curries in Thailand! Simple to make yet richly satisfying, Khao Soi: Chiang Mai Curry Noodles. A favorite of Northern Thailand and Spicy Jungle Curry with Minced Chicken and Thai Basil. Note: Not all curries are “hot”! Many are mild and flavorful with no “heat” at all. We’ll make 2 flavorful & 1 medium hot paste.
