- Substitutes welcome: Send a substitute if you have to cancel after the deadline. Late fees and nonmember rates apply.
- No-shows, including your guests, employees and colleagues, are billed to the person who made the reservation or the member at the clinic.
- Members may invite one non-member veterinarian per year to attend at the non-member rate after which the non-member rate applies. Nonmember veterinarians are billed to the member at their clinic.
