This year's BIC Update course will address the same topics as the General Update course plus reminders for brokers-in-charge, i.e., 3-way trust account reconciliation, BIC supervisory obligations, and BIC responsibility for all advertising.

2017-2018 General Update
[4-hour CE General Update Course #9918]
FOR NON-BICs AND NON-BICs-ELIGIBLE ONLY

This year's General Update course will focus on radon; selected topics in property management; law and rule updates; protection of consumers' confidential information; and a review of licensing and education requirements.

Elective:  NAR Real Estate Ethics

This course also meets the NAR Code of Ethics training requirement for the
current 2-year cycle, January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018

FOR ALL LICENSEES

This course will explore the ethical issues surrounding real estate transactions through case studies, and based on NAR's "Pathways to Professionalism," will include a discussion of tips you should know for showing respect for property, the public, and your peers. You will learn courtesies and etiquette to follow to maintain a level of professionalism that will benefit your career and the real estate industry as a whole.
