Thanks for the Feedback: Lessons in How to Effectively Give and Receive Feedback

Register Today - Limited Seats!

It doesn’t matter how much authority or power a feedback giver has; the receivers are in control of what they do and don’t let in, how they make sense of what they’re hearing, and whether they choose to change.”                           - Douglas Stone

With annual reviews quickly approaching for most employees in our Chapter, join us to learn constructive lessons in how to effectively give and receive feedback. Our Keynote Speaker, Sally West, Director, Reporting & Analytics-Network Operations Center, Charter Communications, presented this topic at the 2017 WICT Leadership Conference. Timely and relevant, this event will serve as a valuable learning opportunity with tangible takeaways that can immediately be implemented.

Participants with be provided with the opportunity to role play what they learn so they feel confident engaging in conversations with their management about their performance.

As a result of this event, attendees will:

  • Understand the types of feedback you are receiving and how to pursue the type you need
  • Effectively navigate your next performance review
  • Understand your triggers around feedback and how to avoid them
  • Get the most from a 360-degree evaluation
