With annual reviews quickly approaching for most employees in our Chapter, join us to learn constructive lessons in how to effectively give and receive feedback. Our Keynote Speaker, Sally West, Director, Reporting & Analytics-Network Operations Center, Charter Communications, presented this topic at the 2017 WICT Leadership Conference. Delivering business intelligence that leads to world class network operations is Sally West’s mission at Charter Communications. As Director of Reporting and Analytics, Network Operations Center (NOC) she leads a team responsible for providing trusted information to drive a superior experience for Spectrum customers. Her team is currently focused on building a suite of reporting solutions that transform raw data into valuable business insights.
Sally is happiest when integrating her role with activities that bring about personal growth and a positive work environment for her direct reports, herself and others. She is the author of "Think Like an Owner!" published in Strategic Finance magazine in 2013. She holds a degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant. A WICT member since 2006, she's a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute and is the current Mentoring Chair of the Board of Directors of WICT Midwest.
