As we know, Midori Travel Journals and Planners are all the rage! The cost of midori's is often quite high, and sometimes tricky to find a design that you like. In this class, we will create our own Midori style leather travel journal/planner! We begin with a plain piece of leather, will apply leather paint, image transfer, distress and seal. I will also show you how to make the holes, add eyelets and thread the elastic. Optional items you may want to bring are a scor board, paper trimmer and papers for cutting and scoring - this is particularly good for those of you who are fast workers! If you have midori inserts, feel free to bring those as well! However, we will have a variety of inserts and planner accessories that you can add as well, in the shop.

In the event that you wish to do the image transfer on the front, you will want to purchase those in addition to your class fee.  If you wish to have a plain leather journal with a custom paint color, then you're covered in the basic class cost.

Class supplies provided are: leather, elastic, leather paint (colors: mint green, pink, turquoise, light robins egg, peach, brown and gun metal grey), eyelets,

*Please note, the cost of the class does not cover the cost of the image transfer. This is an additional cost at the time of  class. We will have an assortment of transfer options, which you are welcome to purchase in advance in the store.
