In this class we will discuss the method of traditionally brining various vegetables to turn them into sour/semi sour pickles. Fermentation is a fantastic way to preserve produce, extending the shelf life as well as increasing the bioavailability of vitamins, minerals and pre/probiotics.
This is hands on workshop, all attendees will make and take home the ferments that we prepare during class. Everything is provided, except a kitchen knife for chopping. Please bring one with you!
Class Fee; $35 per person
