There is immediate impact through participation in a Masterminding session. Whether you have a situation you need input about, or hearing what others are doing and the ideas being share, you are bound to get a few take-aways you can implement right away.
Here's how the mastermind session works:
- We will gather around tables and introduce ourselves.
- Then, each person will be allowed 3 minutes to pose a question to the group that she is trying to resolve in her business.
- Each other table member will then have 1 minute to respond to the question.
- The "last person" to go, seated next to the original speaker will be responsible for taking notes for this person, so that she can remain totally engaged in the feedback and conversation.
- You'll leave with these written ideas so that you can leave the session with actionable ideas and people to follow up with for further discussion.
