A 30-minute webinar to give you an appetizer taste of this Prasada Workshop. 

 

 

Join Alice Dommert of Prasada for this 30-minute online webinar, Mindfulness@Work: Sititng Still for WholeBeing.  It is an appetizer portion of our full Wholebeing Workshop.

So often we think that sitting still means doing nothing or being stuck. One of the powerful practices to cultivate mindfulness is sitting still, with intetion, noticing what is going in inside your mind and areoud you will full acceptance.

Yes, the instructions are simple, but it take practice.  This program will expand the ways in which sitting still in mindful meditation can enhance all of the activities, actions and movement of your life. 

We'll explore a relaxation meditation and see how this practice might fit into your life for enhanced wholebeing.  

No special clothing or materials needed. 

 

 

 

 

Alice Dommert, RA, RYT
Alice began practicing yoga when an injury forced her to slow down. Yoga was not her first choice of activity, but after 20 years yoga has shared many valuable lessons. She became a Registered Yoga Instructor in 2009 and launched Prasada to bring mind-body practices to companies. 

The first half of her professional life she was an architect and exhibit designer and approaches the body as a set of miraculous systems linked together with the poetic thread of the breath. She loves sharing yoga, mindfulness and positive psychology with program participants.

Ms. Dommert is a licensed Architect (RA), has a Master of Fine Arts in Museum Exhibition Planning and Design, is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Corporate Yoga Specialist (CYS) and holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology in addition to extensive Mindfulness teaching.
