Salado's spring Arts and Crafts Festival. Submit your application now for Early Bird Pricing (ends February 26, 2018).

Rules & Regulations

• Only Original works will be accepted. All artists will only bring work that has been created by themselves to the Wildflower Arts & Crafts Festival.
• Two color photos of individual pieces of your work and/or one of show set-up is required for approval to participate. Please send all photos with your name on each.
• Food Vendors will be accepted, the products  must be your own creations.
• Food trucks will also be accepted on a limited basis and will have space on Festival grounds.
• All applications will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.
• Upon approval, a link will be sent where payment can be accepted by Credit Card. Check or Money Order will also be accepted by mail, postmarked by the early bird deadline (February 26th).

Agreement:  I agree that the photos sent represent the work that I will bring to the Salado Wildflower Weekend.  I will show only my own original work.  Also, I and my booth staff will abide by the hours and parking of vehicles specified by the Art Show Committee as well as regulations of the show.  I agree that there will be no reimbursement of booth fee in the event of vendor cancellation or inclement weather.  If the Festival is canceled by event organizer booth fees will be reimbursed.

Liability Release:  Merchant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Salado Chamber of Commerce and its committee members, all non-merchant volunteers and the Village of Salado from any loss, damage, claim, cause of action, liability or expense arising at or related to merchant’s booth and/or activities at the Salado Wildflower Weekend.
