Expanding the ACP Experience Through Partnerships
Offered in collaboration with MATC and WCTC

ACP’s (Academic and Career Planning) comprehensive nature requires that we partner with others to implement the process and provide rich experiences for students. Community partners are set and ready to reach out to your students. Educators report that collaborating with other districts to develop ACP is one of their most valuable experiences. Yet, at the same time it can be difficult to locate and build rich partnerships within the community and with other districts.

During this workshop, participants will:

  • Explore experiential learning and community partnerships as a key component of students’ Academic and Career Planning.
  • Talk to community partners about how you can connect students with their services to enrich students’ ACP development and experiential learning opportunities.
  • Learn from and partner with other districts to share activities, curriculum, and develop ideas together.
