In this two hour program, you will learn from experts the fine art of mediation, both from the standpoint of what it takes to be a good mediator and how to successfully advocate for a client in a mediation proceeding. While this program will focus on the Hartford Bankruptcy Court’s Voluntary Mediation Program, it will benefit anyone who sits on either side of the mediation table, in any mediation proceeding.
This two hour CLE program will be followed later this year with a second two hour program, which will complement this initial program.
Neither the Connecticut Judicial Branch nor the Commission on Minimum Continuing Legal Education approve or accredit CLE providers or activities. It is the opinion of this provider that this activity qualifies for up to 2.0 hours toward your annual CLE requirement in Connecticut.
This Continuing Legal Education program is appropriate for both newly-admitted and experienced attorneys and has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 2.0 credit hours applicable to the Area of Skills
CLE Certificates of Accreditation will be issued upon request.
