Our passion is to see Christ formed in each of us. One of the key ways Christ is formed in us and we are brought to maturity is through SERVICE. That is, we discover who God has made us to be, our spiritual gifts, our calling, and we engage those gifts by serving God in pursuit of his purposes in the world. The Apostle Paul called it, “equipping the saints... so that the body of Christ can reach full maturity in the faith… the fullness of Christ.” This is about moving from pew-potatoes to mature disciples and servants in God’s kingdom.
Ben Sternke, our guest speaker from last year’s retreat, returns to teach us about Five Fold Ministry -- the ways we are gifted and called to help others grow. We’ll learn about the five gifts, how they function, and how we can mature them in our own lives.
