All Service Members and Their Families Are Welcome!

Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces may be eligible for expedited citizenship due to their military service. The CalVet Minority Veterans Division partnered with Jewish Family Services of San Diego, Catholic Charities of San Diego and Legal Aid Society of San Diego to provide free legal assistance to veterans seeking citizenship and/or naturalization services. Additionally, veterans will have the opportunity to learn about state and federal benefits they earned.
