Dirkse CC presents a Series of FREE “Brown Bag” Lunchtime Employer Workshops based on an internationally renowned training focusing on the hiring and employment of persons with disabilities. Windmills: Changing the Perception of Ability is created and published by Milt Wright and Associates, Inc. in partnership with Friends of CA with Disabilities.

Topic & Description: Profiles & Reasonable Accommodations: Examine how stereotyping and assumptions may impact employment decisions.  Explore the creative process of identifying reasonable accommodations.
