Walk Kansas Kick-Off Celebration 

Join your fellow Walk Kansans to kick-off this year's Walk Kansas event with a stretching & yoga session.

Kelsey Nachitgal, Exercise Physiologist & Fitness Director at the Wellness League, will be here to lead an interactive stretching session.

In addition, a yoga instructor from the YMCA will lead a gentle yoga session. Please bring own mat/towel.
