Locavore Food School Presents:

Bone Broth Basics

by Ali Jay

Locavore Food School is a monthly program offering nutrition and cooking classes taught by volunteers and community members including farmers, local food producers, nutritionists, chefs and alternative health care practitioners.

Chances are, you've heard of the bone broth buzz and have tasted this delicious nutritious beverage! Would you like to take it to the next level and learn how to make this liquid gold? Well, then please join us for a Bone  Broth Basics 101 class at the Locavore. You will learn a few of the beauty-enhancing and immune-boosting benefits of bone broth. You will get a step-by-step tutorial of how to make broth (three ways!) which will include a fool-proof and busy-bee recipe. And, you just may get a taste of the finished product. So, if you would like to gain some confidence in making this 'gourmet' treat, then please join us for this one-hour class at the Locavore! See you there!
