The Wyoming Afterschool Alliance will present the WYAA Behavior Management Workshop in partnership with Kids Included Together (KIT) on Tuesday, April 10 from 10:00am-3:30pm at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1150 North Poplar Street in Casper, WY 82601 in the Magnolia & Dahlia Rooms. Registration for this professional development opportunity is free! In addition to structured training sessions, lunch will be included for participants.
Who Should Attend: Afterschool Providers, Special Education Directors and Specialists, School Resource Officers, Classroom Teachers, and Juvenile Justice Professionals.
Inclusion benefits every child and KIT helps to make it possible for afterschool programs. The program will include two featured topics, Foundations for Inclusion and Behavior Support Techniques. The workshop will be conducted by industry professional Viviana H. Saint-Louis, KIT Education and Training Specialist.

About Foundations of Inclusion: Including children with disabilities in child and youth development programs can be very challenging, but nothing is more rewarding than witnessing a child make a friend, enjoy a game, or experience an accomplishment.
About Behavior Support Techniques: Throughout this session, participants will learn strategies for addressing challenging behavior.
