Showcasing healthy cooking techniques that can be applied to a variety of ingredients, Chef Leah Rosin-Pritchard, a Jamestown native & owner of Leah's Recipe and Chef Haley Stern, a Newport resident and owner of Ish Sauze will lead this hands on class garnering inspiration from the Whole 30 and Paleo philosophies of cooking and eating. For Chef Leah, exploring the healthy dessert world has provided an immense outlet of creativity and delight in making healthy desserts delicious. Chef Haley is a lover of the Whole 30 movement and enjoys sharing her tips and tricks for creating quick, easy, healthy meals. Class Menu: Spiralized Veggie Noodles with Shrimp and Pesto with Ish Sauze, Turkey Tacos in Lettuce Wraps with Sweet Potato Fries, Cauliflower Fried Rice with Veggies and Fresh Eggs, Raw Lemon Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce, Homemade “Lara Bars” and Raw Chocolates.
