Kickoff to a Healthier You: Part 1

Come at 5 p.m. to learn about Dubuque's Fast Kidz running program, visit with Bill Hinton of the Dubuque Running Club, and get information about Mercy's Heritage Trail 5K/10K. Then at 6, runner and personal trainer Tammy Kallback will talk about how to start running, including setting your goal, building mileage safely, and avoiding injury.
