Our OSHA 10 classes are throughout the 5 Boroughs in NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, Harlem and the Bronx, and are “Open to the Public.”  Classes in the Bronx are held twice a month in Spanish. You can pay in advance for classes and receive a discount up to $20 or pay at the door.

The 40hr Site Safety Manager Course provides an detailed overview of Chapter 33 of the NYC Building Code along with other related sections of the Building Code related to contractor and public safety. This course also involves information on how to navigate the NYC Building Department website and view code updates. This course is required for Site Safety Managers, Site Safety Coordinator, Designated Rigging Foreman, and the Qualified Person for Site Safety. NYC Building Code SS3310, 3314.4, 3316.9 and 1 RCNY 3310-01.

To obtain your Site Safety Manager Certification, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old;
  • Be able to read, write and understand the English language;
  • Be fit to perform work authorized by the particular license;
