What is Belonging? Belonging is led by Nevada County Arts Council Artist-in-Residence, Ruth Chase. Ruth and Cinematographer Radu Sava are creating a series of paintings and a short film that tell the story of diverse residents in Nevada County and their relationship to the land. These will be displayed publicly in Spring 2018 at Summer Thyme’s in Grass Valley. A series of public events
