Includes: 2 nights accommodation, meals Friday night, all day Saturday and breakfast and lunch Sunday, plus morning and afternoon teas and suppers. And, SURPRISES and GIFTS through the weekend!

NOTE: INTRODUCTION in 2018 OF A $10 "NO KITCHEN DUTY" LEVY if you wish to avoid doing the one-meal sharing of kitchen duties. The intent of this is to encourage everyone to share the duties to keep the costs of the event down, however allow those that really do not want to do this the option to PAY for opting out.

What you need to bring: Your own bed linen & doona (or sleeping bag), pillow and towels. Toiletries. Comfortable clothes. Maybe a cushion for sitting on. Cropping supplies and photos! Bottle of wine to have with dinner?

Indulge yourself with a weekend of cropping. Located an hour from Melbourne, Mt. Evelyn is the ideal venue for our weekend away. The bushland setting provides the perfect atmosphere for clear creative thinking and physical wellbeing. (Go for a bush walk if you can draw yourself away from your albums). Treat yourself and get your albums done!!

The sleeping accommodation is directly opposite the cropping hall. (Rooms of 2 – 8 people with shared bathroom facilities. All with heating.) We have the SOLE USE of the WHOLE facility for the whole weekend.

Our meals are hearty homestyle cooking. Please let me know of any special dietary requirements at time of booking. Ring me with any questions, and book it in your diary NOW! We will have lots of fun and good times – fresh air, new friends, creativity and LOTS of album pages done!!!

After you have completed the payment we will be back in touch with you closer to the event regarding Product Pre-ordering, your anticipated arrival time, and room sharing arrangements if you are part of a group.

You can pay $50 deposit to secure your place, or pay the full fee up front. A payment plan can also be arranged. Make a deposit and then email me how you wish to make further payments between then and the cut-off date.

There are no guarantees that places will still be available in March or April. It is strongly encouraged to formally reserve a place, or contact me directly if this is difficult for you for some reason.
