Earth Keepers Summer Camp 2018 

Earth Keepers Summer Program at Camp Discovery is the ideal way for youth ages 6 – 13 to unleash their natural curiosity. Each day campers will connect with nature using exploration and investigation. Interpretive hikes, animal encounters, team building challenges and nature themed crafts help reveal the wonders of the natural world. Each week brings new and different adventures in learning. Your child may join us for one week or all four! Registration fees include all activities, daily snacks and a camp t-shirt. Campers must bring lunch and water bottle each day.

Eco-Explorers Camp   Week 1 June 11-15, 2018    Ages 6-12  Turn over a new leaf and uncover what's going on at Camp Discovery. We'll explore the forest floor, journey to the bottom of a stream, and run through open meadows. Grab your binoculars and gear up for an unforgettable outdoor adventure!

Pollinator Power Camp   Week 2 June 18-22, 2018    Ages 6-12  Meet these superheroes of the environment as we celebrate National Pollinators Week. We'll discover how butterflies, birds, beetles and bees support our food supply to give us POWER.

STEM Camp! Naturally   Week 3 July 9-13, 2018    Ages 6-12  Engineer a pinecone-launching catapult. Make a paper worm wiggle. Create an indoor rainbow. Craft a wearable water cycle. See how STEM is naturally a part of our everyday lives.

NEW! STEM Camp! Naturally 2.0   Week 4 July 16-20, 2018    Ages 6-12  Use science, technology, engineering and math to learn about ways to protect animals in their natural habitat. Explore natural woodland areas to apply classification, critical thinking, and elements of creative design. 

EARTH KEEPERS CAMP FEES AND HOURS

• $175 per camper per week through April 1, 2018. $185 per camper per week after April 1st. Enrollment is limited to 20 campers per week, so REGISTER EARLY.
• Camp hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm daily. Extended stay is available for an additional fee.
• Campers who sign up for 2 or more weeks will receive a $10 discount off each additional week.
• Registration for 2 or more siblings will receive a $10 discount for each additional child registered. Enter the code FAMILY on sibling's registration at checkout. (Multiple week and sibling discounts cannot be combined.
• Morning extended care is available from 8:00 - 9:00 am for an additional $25 per week per child. Afternoon extended care is available from 4:00 - 5:00 pm for an additional $25 per week per child.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than two weeks prior to camp date to receive a refund minus a $50 nonrefundable deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks of the camp date.
