Sexual Harassment: Awareness & Prevention 

Issues of sexual harassment have taken over the media today. Situations are being uncovered every day as more individuals find their voice. Employers have been addressing this issue for many years, yet sexual harassment continues.

Sexual harassment is unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment can also include offensive remarks and comments about a person's sex. The harasser can be a man or a woman and can occur between same-sex individuals.

This program will help employees identify and respond to sexual harassment in the workplace. It will also provide practical and useful prevention techniques that avoid further issues and create a safe workplace environment.
