Join us for an intimate and engaging career discussion regarding your path in philanthropy.  Oftentimes diverse professionals transition from one opportunity to the next without fully vetting an organization and strategically preparing themselves for the next role.  This workshop will help you address questions such as: When should you stay and when should you go?  Are you leadership ready?  Additionally, the Master Class will cover how to work with search firms as a diverse candidate, and will provide effective tips and strategies on how to stand out as an exceptional candidate during the interviewing process.
