Yoga can work for EVERYONE! And you can do yoga at your desk inserted into your work day.

Join Alice Dommert of Prasada for this Worshop to explore the many mind and body benefits of a yoga practice, learn what type of yoga might work for you and how to safely begin to practice yoga and what a yoga program might look like at your workplace.

Alice Dommert, RA, RYT
Alice began practicing yoga when an injury forced her to slow down. Yoga was not her first choice of activity, but after 20 years yoga has shared many valuable lessons. She became a Registered Yoga Instructor in 2009 and launched Prasada to bring mind-body practices to companies. 

The first half of her professional life she was an architect and exhibit designer and approaches the body as a set of miraculous systems linked together with the poetic thread of the breath. She loves sharing yoga, mindfulness and positive psychology with program participants.

Ms. Dommert is a licensed Architect (RA), has a Master of Fine Arts in Museum Exhibition Planning and Design, is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Corporate Yoga Specialist (CYS) and holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology in addition to extensive Mindfulness teaching.
