In our hands-on workshop you will learn what you must know before you start your nonprofit and what barriers to entry and critical success factors you must consider. We will teach you which nonprofit entity will best serve your needs, how to develop your organizational structure, the legal issues you must consider, how to develop your mission statement, conducting a simple organizational assessment, establish your preliminary budget and how to develop your goals, objectives and desired outcomes.

 Who Should Attend:

Anyone who wants to start a nonprofit organization or CEO’s, directors and managers that are running a nonprofit.
