 Chef MichelleChef Michelle Spangler  uses INFUSED Oils & Vinegars in her Lagnaippe Catering Company and in her private cooking. Michelle is passionate about helping others create great foods with these uniquely healthy products.  Chef Michelle is originally from south Louisiana and comes from a legacy of great Cajun cooks. About our products

INFUSED Oils _ VinegarsOur Olive Oils and Vinegars are exclusively supplied by Veronica Foods Company in Oakland, California. Our Olive Oils are all 100% Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin, unfiltered and settled.   The Balsamic Vinegars are produced in the traditional Modena style, and are aged in wooden barrels for up to 18 years.  Our products do not contain any preservatives, chemicals, or additives.

INFUSED Oils & Vinegars hosts hands-on cooking demonstrations, seminars and private events for up to 10.  With over 50 varieties, our concept is to not only offer great tasting extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars, but to show customers how to use them in everyday cooking.  Register for one of our scheduled classes or call our shop to schedule your own private event.
