Effective Time Management (AM)
Today's world is constantly barraging us with distractions that prevent us from staying focused, and a lack of focus seriously decreases our ability to be productive with our time. This program will help you identify and analyze your biggest distractors that are preventing you from being productive. We’ll take a look at the role stress plays, the importance of work-life integration, and explore the “one-touch” rule. You can expect to leave this program with some reenergizing tips and tricks to help you get your time back.

Effective Delegation (PM)
The reality is that the performance of leaders happens through the people they lead, and delegating begins with making sure there is a clear vision of the work others need to perform. But beyond that vision, there are other important aspects of delegating that impact a leader's effectiveness, which includes using delegation as a source of developing your team members. In this program, we will explore barriers that seemingly prevent delegating behaviors in leaders. You will recognize the importance of communicating new established roles and responsibilities once work has been delegated and building clarity around the degree of decision-making authority others have. We will also discuss the critical element of empowerment as an effective part of a leader’s delegation practice.
