Parkway Ambassadors Meet the Parkway: Madera River West 

Join the River Parkway Trust's Parkway Ambassadors at Madera River West. 

On this tour, our knowledgeable Parkway Ambassadors will give you an overview about future plans for Sycamore Island and the Van Buren Unit of the San Joaquin River Parkway. You'll see first hand the River Parkway Trust's work to remove invasive plant species and restore riparian habitat along the newly created floodplain in the San Joaquin River bottom. And you'll learn more about the River Parkway Trust's work to open these properties for public recreation access.

The Parkway Ambassadors tour will run from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Bring a picnic lunch and make a day of it with your family and friends.
