Trauma-Informed Yoga 
with Rachel Stroud

This 10-week series is designed to help trauma survivors deepen their relationship with their body and their holistic healing journey.
  • Learn how to engage the parasympathetic nervous system to feel grounded and calm
  • Synchronize breath with movement to release stored tension & stress
  • Connect with others in a safe and supportive setting

After registration, you will be contacted to schedule an intake appointment prior to the start of the group.

Rachel Stroud started her yoga journey many years ago and quickly realized her desire to bring others alongside so they could start their holistic healing journey. Not long after she completed her certification through Kindness Yoga studio, she was introduced to yoga for trauma survivors (Trauma-Informed Yoga), and completed her certification in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. She now teaches yoga at Kula Yoga Center and provides Trauma-Informed classes and workshops for survivors of various types of trauma.
