You’ll be the lucky one if you come to this lively Irish cooking class taught by Chef Deja Hart! Join us for a fun and festive hands on St. Patrick’s Day eve as we learn to make IRISH PASTIES - Beef & Veggie Hand Pies, BOXTY & BANGERS - Irish Potato Pancakes, Sausages, Fried Cabbage and Bacon and ETON MESS - Baked Meringue with Lemon Curd & Fresh Berries. Chef Deja will also share her interpretations of traditional Irish staples, Colcannon and Shepherd's Pie from ingredients you have on hand. We’ll taste Guinness and wine to complement the menu.
