Exploring the Fifth Limb of Yoga: Pratyahara

Pratyahara is all about gaining control and mastery over our senses. So often in modern life, we are pulled from one sense to the other without intention or consent. Our systems are overworked and overwhelmed without relent. Yoga has many practices and techniques to shift this paradigm!

In this workshop, we will explore practices to both tune into the senses one at a time, with intention and sensitivity, as well as practices to pull back from the sense objects that grasp for our attention. Once the senses are quiet, we can more easily hear the voice of our true nature. We can learn to use the power of that energy, which is so often drawn away from us, as a tool for healing.

**$20 minimum donation. You may also pay with cash/check at the door. If you wish to attend this workshop but cannot afford the full cost, please reach out to info@streetyoga.org to inquire about a Street Yoga karma discount
