ORO VALLEY AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP 

20DATES:  March 24-25, 2018 (Saturday & Sunday)

ENTRY FEE:

$150 –Includes cart, green fee, range balls during tournament rounds and prize fund. Practice rounds available at our resident guest rate of $59 based on availability.

$50 - SCOV Resident Pass-Holders and Non-Resident Pass-Holders (Register Now)

ELIGIBILITY: Limited field to the first 60 male and female participants with a GHIN index of 9.9 or less.

FORMAT: 36-holes of individual stroke play. USGA rules apply except where local rules prevail.

FLIGHTS: Determined by the tee selection.
Blue tee (6,715 yards – Gross prizes only)
White tee (6201 yards - Gross and Net prizes within flight)

TOURNAMENT TEE TIMES: Starting times will start at 10:00 am off #1 tee both days. In the event of a tie, a hole-by-hole playoff will begin immediately following the conclusion of play to determine the low gross winner only of each flight.

PAIRINGS: Tournament pairings will be available by end of day on Wednesday, March 21. Pairings will be emailed and posted in the golf shop.

DRIVING RANGE: Practice balls will be available on the range prior to play on Saturday and Sunday.

PAYOUTS: Breakdown of payouts is based on the number of participants in each flight and will be posted prior to final-round scoring.

GOLF CART USE: Participant’s use of golf carts is mandatory during competition and cart rental fee is covered by the tournament entry fee. Maximum of two carts per group will be allowed. 
> In addition, the following policies will be enforced: Spectator carts are not permitted.
> Carts are assigned only to contestants. A caddie may use a cart only if a contestant is not displaced by such use. Two persons per cart only.
> Carts must enter the fairway between the blue stakes near the tee box. Stay in fairway and exit fairway between blue stakes near the green. Keep carts on paths within 30 yards of tees and greens.
> Any non-player riding with a player is considered a caddie and subject to any potential rules violations.
