Brehm, J.D., LL.M., CVA is small business and tax  attorney, and Certified Valuation Analyst through NACVA.  He is an adjunct  professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and frequent presenter of seminars for attorneys and business owners on valuation, succession planning, and small business issues.  Peter earned his J.D., and Masters of Law and Taxation from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul.
