PreWhen approaching property development, owners have a set budget in order to maximize their rate of return — but what seemed like a “good deal” on land can sometimes turn into a money pit. Join us to discuss common issues owners face with properties and how to overcome those dealbreakers before you get to the closing table — drawing on past experience, such as the aiding in the turnover of former Fort Gillem and Fort McClellan to investors. Owners will discover how to approach:
