24th Annual Playoff Hockey Challenge Charity Hockey Draft

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, April 11, 2018, 6:59 pm ET

Cause + Effect: 100% of the net proceeds go to The Children's Wish Foundation of
Canada, an organization dedicated to fulfilling the wishes of children coping with life-threatening illnesses.Over a twenty-three year period (1995-2017), $1,000,000+ has been raised and 100 children have been granted special wishes.

Hockey Draft Grand Prize $2,500
2nd – $1,000; 3rd - $500; 4th - $250; 5th - $100

Interim Leaders
1st, 2nd and 3rd round top leaders receive $50*; 2nd, 3rd and 4th round top gainers receive $50*

*In the event of a point total tie at the end of any round (except the final round), a random draw between eligible entrants will be held for the prize.

Hockey Draft Payment Methods
You can pay for your registered teams via credit card, PayPal, Interac or cheque. Note: Should you wish to pay by credit card, you DO NOT NEED a PayPal account, see below for simple instructions on how to submit payment with your credit card.

To pay with your Credit Card or PayPal Account
1. In the registration form, under Payment Method, click "Pay with PayPal or Credit Card".
2. Click Continue.
3. You will be re-directed to the PayPal page where you can a. Log in and pay with PayPal or b. click “Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card” and proceed to fill in all required fields.

To pay with Interac or Cheque
1. In the registration form, under Payment Method, click "Pay by Check".
2. Click Continue.
3. Interac the funds to playoffhockey@rogers.com or send a cheque, payable to Playoff Hockey Challenge, to 497 St. Clements Avenue, Toronto, ON, M5N 1M3.

Hockey Draft Entry Fees and Rules

Draft Team Pricing
CDN$100.00 per draft team (you can enter as many teams as you want)

Draft Team Selection Process
1. All participants receive a list of NHL Playoff Team Rosters and each player
has an assigned dollar value.
2. Any player not listed on an NHL Playoff Team Roster is valued at $2.
3. Each team entry has a $100 Account to buy players with. Entries submitted
totaling in excess of $100 are ineligible for prizing.
4. You can select up to a MAXIMUM OF 18 PLAYERS (= OR LESS THAN $100). There
are NO TRADES. Entries submitted totaling in excess of 18 players are
ineligible for prizing.
5. Fill out your Team Ballot and submit it onloine. Ensure you COMPLETE THE TIEBREAKER!
6. In order to qualify for draft prizing, entries and payment must be received
no later than 6:59 p.m. ET Tuesday, April 11, 2018.

Draft Team Scoring
Players: Goal = 1 point, Assist = 1 point
Goalies: Shut Out = 5 points, Goal = 10 points

Tiebreaker
In the event of a point total tie at the end ofthe final round, the winner of the Grand Prize will be the participant who most closely guesses the TOTAL COMBINED NUMBER OF GOALS SCORED BY BOTH TEAMS in the Stanley Cup Final Series (you can be over or under the final goals count).
