Reading Interventionist Training

Are you a reading interventionist, who has not provided interventions previously and/or who does not have a reading teacher license?

Join us for this professional learning series to increase your knowledge, effectiveness, and confidence as a reading interventionist!

During these trainings participants will:

  • Determine students’ literacy needs 
  • Collect and analyze a variety of reading data from multiple assessments
  • Develop and deliver targeted literacy instruction using research-based strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress

Audience: Reading interventionists (serving students), particularly those who have not provided interventions previously and/or who have not yet had formal training in literacy instruction.

Cost: 

  • $350/person (includes all 4 sessions)
  • Two no-cost seats to each CESA #1 Independent Charter School (first come, first serve)
