Farmer’s Market Fresh: Cooking Fresh Locally Caught Fish
In this hands on class Chef Deja will teach us to filet a fresh fish, cook a whole
fish, cure fish and how to get a perfect golden sear on a filet or steak. We’ll sample a variety of fresh local fish and discuss their flavor profiles and cooking nuances and eat everything we make in class. We’ll also taste wines especially suited to compliment fish.
