PrePose Series 1: Orientation & Class For Part 1 

Following the incredible success of the PrePose launch class, Dr. Chloe and Carrie are offering both a one hour orientation and a 75 minute class for the PrePose Method. The orientation is mandatory for anyone who did not attend the launch class as it will teach you everything you need to know before taking a PrePose class. The PrePose class, led by the amazing Carrie Morgan, will end in an integrated flow.

Orientation; Series 1, Part 1: Time:1-1:50pm. 

  1. Give you an idea of what the PrePose Method is and what to expect in a PrePose class.
  2. Teach you the upper and lower body exercises for part 1 of the first series, and why you do them. 
  3. Answer all of your questions like “how does this fit into my regular yoga practice?” “how often do I practice this?” And more.
Class; Series 1, Part 1: Time:2-3:15pm. 
  1. Mobility exercises: exercises designed to isolate a specific joint and direction of movement.
  2. PrePoses: modifications of poses designed to fit the day's yoga poses to your body, and bridge the gap between the joint mobility exercises and the yoga poses.
  3. Integrated flow: a seamless flow designed to weave the PrePose Method into your yoga practice.
