Patrick A. Hollrah is an associate with Hollrah LLC. He is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Hollrah earned a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, Cum Laude in 2014, where he was the Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Business & Technology Law, and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland, Magna Cum Laude in 2010.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hollrah was a summer associate at T. Rowe Price and a fellow at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Before law school, he worked in the tax department at Ernst & Young and in the Inspector General’s Office for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Mr. Hollrah has been a featured speaker on independent-contractor issues before organizations such as the American Trucking Associations, American Bakers Association, Coalition to Promote Independent Entrepreneurs, Direct Selling Association, Private Care Association, and University of Maryland Smith School of Business Alumni Association.

In addition, he is a member of the Leadership Committee for the University of Maryland Smith School of Business Washington, DC and Northern Virginia regional alumni association.
