Human Resource Management:
September 11 - 12, 2018
The success of a veterinary practice is largely dependent upon the people within it. Human resource management involves a cycle of HR activities. Each phase in the cycle requires a planned approach that can only come by way of education. This course provides insight into each phase of the HR activities cycle and also provides tools for seamless organization and implementation. Human resources is not just a thing you do, it's the thing that runs your business.

Inventory Management:
October 9 - 10, 2018
Inventory plays a significant role in today's veterinary practice. Without inventory, most services couldn't be delivered, nor could products be sold. Therefore, inventory management has become a more important management activity than ever before. Inventory management is more than just ordering and receiving goods. This course will provide the necessary knowledge and tools to create a complete understanding of the most impactful elements of inventory management as well as the financial impact inventory has on the practice.

OSHA and Safety Management:
November 13 - 14, 2018
Every veterinary practice has an abundance of workplace hazards, so a conscientious approach to building and maintaining a hospital safety program is necessary. And with OSHA as the primary regulatory agency overseeing workplace safety, a heightened level of concern and even fear is sometimes felt. This course simplifies the veterinary practice safety program into five elements. The course provides knowledge, customizable safety plans and other tools which allow you to be compliant under OSHA's watchful eye.

Reputation Management:
December 11 - 12, 2018
Marketing should be used as a reputation management vehicle. This course emphasizes key marketing strategies including managing online reputation, involvement in the community, and focusing on the client experience. In addition, the course materials also cover critical marketing measures to help you gauge how your efforts are working to improve your practice. With a plethora of information and tools for easy implementation, this is a course you won't want to miss.

Financial Management:
January 15 - 16, 2019
If you didn't learn financial management in school, we've developed this course just for you. Many times the missing pieces in financial management are the lack of understanding and lack of connection between management directives and the associated financial results. In this course you will learn how about management directives like driving profitability through profit planning, strategies for enhancing revenue and smart expense management.
