CMSM 2018 National Assembly Registration 

Welcome! Please note:

• Up to three people may register per online form, though you can submit multiple forms for additional participants.
• Early-bird registration is $515 ($465 for vocation, youth or young adult ministry personnel) if you register by June 15, 2018. After June 15, registration is $565 ($515/person for vocation, youth or young adult ministry).
• Registration includes all materials, welcoming reception, coffee breaks, daily continental breakfast, Wednesday luncheon (meal on your own if you do not pre-register/attend) and the social and banquet.
• Payment is by credit card or check. If paying by check, please complete form, then print and mail with your check payable in US dollars, to CMSM Assembly, 8808 Cameron St., Silver Spring, MD 20910.
• Registration for your hotel and the Pre-Assembly Workshop are separate.

Cancellation policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made by June 30, 2018, less a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. No refunds after that time.

Hotel reservations: Rooms have been reserved at a rate of $135/night (rate available through July 6, 2018). Visit the cmsm.org members-only page for details or click here to reserve your rooms online. Internet access in your hotel room is free if you belong to Sheraton's SPG membership program. You can sign up (for free) while reserving your room.
