AMWA-Carolinas Spring Conference
Friday May 4th, 2018, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Join us for our 2018 Spring Conference! This year's conference features Open Session topics such as client relations, lean authoring, grant writing, and more! We are also offering several choices of interactive roundtables and, as always, great opportunities for networking.

Registration Information

  • April 20, 2018: Last day to register online before on-site registration
  • March 21, 2018: On-site registration applies

The registration fees are $100/$120 for members+students+postdocs/non-members on or before
April 20 and $130/$150 for members+students+postdocs/non-members after April 20 (on-site only) and includes breakfast, open session presentations, roundtables, buffet lunch, and snacks.

Online payments are managed through WePay and can be made using Visa, Master Card, American Express, and debit cards. An automatic email will be sent to confirm registration and provide a receipt. (Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see a confirmation within a few minutes.)

Please select a roundtable  and indicate whether you will attend the pre-conference dinner when registering. Reservations for roundtables will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
