William Ellis is the founder and president of the Federal Government Contracting Institute ("FGCI"). Over the last 10 years, the FCGI has empowered 1,500 small businesses to capture federal contracts without bidding, without all the mind-numbing red tape and without needing to hire expensive government consultants or misuse the GSA.
William has held CEO positions throught Asia, Europe, South America and Africa and the USA. He speaks Thai and graduated from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business Administration.
